From January 21 to February 21 2020 you'll have the opportunity to team up with and challenge your colleagues to see who can complete the most workouts on the LIFT session platform

Build your team of 5 members, find a team name and register here by 12pm EST on January 20, 2020

Do not have a team yet? No problem, please write "NO TEAM" in the team name field and you will be paired with other colleagues

You will receive instructions on how to create your account and install the application, as well as the confirmation of your team before 5:00 PM EST on January 20, 2020
