How do I earn points?

Here are a few ways you can earn points for your team

Go to the Challenges tab to create your team, join a team or join the wellness challenge individually

Earn points

Complete workouts to earn points for you and your team. The wellness challenge is underway!

When you create your LIFT session account you get access to these awesome wellness services as an uOttawa employee!

Automated journeys

Get your very own personalized 6-week workout program, or choose a workout from our library of major workout categories.

Live coach chat

Looking for advice on nutrition, sleep, workouts, injuries or anything wellness? Chat with our team of wellness experts to have your questions answered!

Live group classes

Weekly group classes to help you with your fitness! Don't forget, these earn you points during the challenge!

Many ways to participate

Create a team, join a team or participate individually and see where you rank amongst your colleagues on the leaderboard

Move to collect points

Every minute of activity you do contributes points to you and your team

Engage with colleagues

Post photos and comments of the awesome activities you complete in the feed and strategize on how to collect points with teammates in the private team chat

Other activities

All other physical activities such as walking, running, cycling, etc. will also earn you  points for each minute of activity! Workouts tracked with your Apple Health or Google Fit accounts will automatically be entered into your LIFT session challenge points total.

Live group classes

Login to LIFT from your computer and jump in live group classes led by LIFT coaches to earn points

Challenge rules

This wellness challenge is a 4-week event where you will get points for being physically active

January 17th to February 13th

Automated workouts

Perform any automated workouts from the LIFT session mobile app to collect points for you and your team


By joining this challenge, you agree that basic personal information (first name, last name and email) relating to the challenge may be shared with your employer for raffles and prizes, if applicable.
